Located adjacent to protected open space, this 5,000 SF new construction home is set in an expansive meadow flanked by mature cottonwoods and other deciduous trees. Through site analysis and an initial site planning exercise, Planterra developed several preliminary design options that respond to floorplan variations by the architect. These diagrams begin the conversation of indoor/outdoor connection between the architecture and landscape, working to highlight the natural terrain, views and historical use of the site.
