Subtle luxury meets adventurous play on this Lake Coeur d'Alene property, where master planning focused on harmoniously blending built structures into the natural landscape. Residential condos and an amenity building are thoughtfully nestled into the existing grade, positioning residents above the landscape and adjacent road to capture idyllic views of the lake. The site program gently dissolves into the surrounding forest as it ascends, creating a seamless transition between architecture and nature.

Seasonal moments of discovery and curiosity shape the visitor experience, with temporary elements added or removed throughout the year. Trails of varying difficulty connect spaces where hammocks, slacklines, and climbing nets are suspended between mature Douglas fir and Ponderosa pine trees, offering peekaboo views of the lake or quiet resting spots on hillside benches. A stargazing lookout tower and canvas tent platforms invite guests to immerse themselves in the landscape at all hours. Scattered climbing boulders and scramble routes near trail switchbacks and rocky slopes provide challenges suited for beginner and intermediate climbers.

At the heart of the site, a central lawn sits above a proposed drainfield and is framed by a crushed gravel walking loop and two heated pavilions at key activity nodes.
